A traditional blend of Syrah and Grenache from the South of France. Named after the two brothers who make the wine, this slightly spicy wine has aromas of red fruits and hints of licorice. The palate is round and complex with nice mature tannins. The grapes in this classic blend was harvested at optimal ripeness to produce a food-friendly wine that is red and purple in color with well rounded complexity.
This classic Rhône valley blend goes great with mature, ripened cheeses. It also pairs very well with a steaks served with a butter mushroom sauce, or try it with grilled duck breast. For spice fans, try this blend with dishes that have fresh cracked black pepper, paprika, and cumin.
